Koula sure can pack a whole lot of fun into one day. The Zoot Review shoot was an enormous day and always a lot o fun with Koula on set. Such a professional. It was great to learn a bit more about her too – here’ what we found out…

We all know Koula as the 5fm DJ with the funky style and attitude and a love of rock music. But this chick is getting involved in all sorts of pursuits away from the DJ booth.
Earlier this year, Koula ran the Comrades all to support her chosen charity, Marang House. Marang House is a home that provides medical care for seriously ill, underprivileged children. For Koula, it was such a worthwhile cause.

So when it comes to music, what is Koula listening too? Locally, she’s a big fan of Harris Tweed, loving how brave these people are who push the boundaries and try something different. Thom York from Radiohead, Muse and Regina Spektor have also been listed as faves.
